Hi Julia! This is at the Ice Festival in Harbin. Harbin 哈尔滨 is a big city in North East China. It is also the capital of it’s province, Heilongjiang 黑龙江。It is in the same province where I live and I can get there by train in 6 hours for 72Yuan (Thats about £8).
